Salesforce Project Manager / Business Analyst / Product Owner Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Project Manager / Business Analyst / Product Owner to act as the primary bridge between the business stakeholders and the Salesforce implementation team. This role will ensure seamless collaboration, effective communication, and successful delivery of the Salesforce solution while driving business alignment and user adoption. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison between business users and the Salesforce implementation team.Conduct discovery workshops to understand business processes and gather, document, validate, and prioritize business requirements.Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.Collaborate with Sales, Distributor Network, Service, and other business teams to ensure complete and accurate requirement capture.Drive end-to-end communication and ensure a seamless handshake between business stakeholders and the implementation team.Facilitate requirement clarifications, solution reviews, UAT planning and execution, issue resolution, and stakeholder sign-offs.Ensure timely availability of business inputs, master data, and decisions required for project execution.Lead change management, user training, and adoption initiatives to maximize business value from the Salesforce platform.Track project progress, manage risks, dependencies, and change requests, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Work closely with Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, Developers, and QA teams to ensure successful project delivery.Preferred Experience 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Project Manager.Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and business process transformation.Experience working with Sales, Distributor Management, Service, and cross-functional business teams.Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, communication, and documentation skills.Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, or Product Owner are preferred. .
