The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in enterprise-level Salesforce implementations, CRM workflows, integrations, and end-to-end QA delivery. Experience working with UAE / GCC clients will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities Salesforce CRM Testing Handle end-to-end QA activities for Salesforce CRM projects. Perform functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, and UAT testing. Validate Salesforce workflows, automation, custom objects, reports, dashboards, permissions, profiles, and roles. Test Salesforce integrations with ERP, payment systems, marketing tools, middleware, and third-party platforms. Create and maintain test plans, test cases, defect reports, and QA documentation. Enterprise Project Delivery Collaborate with business analysts, developers, architects, project managers, and client stakeholders. Review business requirements and identify risks, gaps, and test scenarios. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support release validation activities. Ensure quality across the entire delivery lifecycle. Defect Management & QA Governance Identify, document, and track defects with proper analysis and business impact. Work closely with development teams for issue resolution and retesting. Maintain QA metrics, execution reports, and release sign-offs. Support root-cause analysis and continuous quality improvement. Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM testing. Experience working on enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations. Good understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, workflows, reports, dashboards, and CRM business processes. Expertise in functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing. Experience with Jira, Zephyr, TestRail, Azure DevOps, or similar tools. Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and defect lifecycle management. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership of QA delivery. Good to Have Experience working with UAE / GCC clients. Salesforce certifications. Exposure to Salesforce APIs, middleware, and integration testing. Knowledge of automation testing tools. Experience in CRM migration or digital transformation projects. Exposure to domains like Retail, eCommerce, Banking, Healthcare, or Real Estate. Preferred Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who: Understands Salesforce CRM beyond basic testing.
