Job Description Business & Operations Head / Senior Manager Payday Lending Location: Noida / NSP, Delhi Industry: FinTech / NBFC / Digital Lending / Payday Loans Experience: 5+ Years in Payday / Short-Term Digital Lending CTC: Up to 16 LPA Joining: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred About the Role We are looking for an experienced Business & Operations Head / Senior Manager with strong hands-on experience in the payday loan / short-term digital lending business. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth while managing end-to-end lending operations, portfolio performance, collections coordination, customer lifecycle, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Own and drive the end-to-end payday loan business and operations.Develop and execute strategies for loan acquisition, disbursement, repeat customers and portfolio growth.Manage daily operations across lead generation, verification, underwriting coordination, disbursement, repayment and collections.Monitor key business metrics including approval rate, disbursement, TAT, repayment rate, bounce rate, DPD, collection efficiency and profitability.Work closely with Credit, Risk, Collections, Technology, Product, Marketing and Customer Support teams.Manage digital lending platforms, LOS/LMS, APIs and third-party vendors/partners.Identify operational leakages and implement processes to improve conversion, customer quality and portfolio performance.Drive cost control, productivity and operational efficiency.Prepare MIS, business dashboards and performance reports for senior management.Ensure processes are aligned with applicable RBI/NBFC and digital lending compliance requirements.Build and manage teams, set KRAs/KPIs and drive performance.Analyse competitor activity and market trends in the payday/short-term loan segment.Candidate Profile 5+ years of relevant experience in FinTech/NBFC/Digital Lending.Strong payday loan / short-term loan experience is mandatory.Proven experience managing business + operations in digital lending.Strong understanding of the complete digital lending lifecycle.Experience with LOS/LMS, digital onboarding, underwriting workflows and collection processes.Strong analytical, MIS and team-management skills.Candidates from Payday Loan, Personal Loan, Consumer Finance or Digital Lending backgrounds preferred.Immediate joiners / candidates on short notice preferred.Compensation: Up to 16 LPA CTC, depending on relevant payday lending experience and current compensation. Location: Noida / NSP, Delhi .
