Job descriptionMobile Testing - Airline Digital Channels QA Engineer Experience: 2 to 10 Years Location: PAN India Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for experienced Mobile QA Engineers with strong expertise in testing customer-facing mobile applications and digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in mobile application testing along with exposure to airline booking, reservation, travel, or Passenger Service System (PSS) applications. Candidates with strong mobile testing experience and at least some exposure to airline booking flows, ticketing, reservations, or PSS platforms are encouraged to apply. Airline domain experience is required but extensive airline experience is not mandatory. Key Responsibilities Perform end-to-end testing of mobile applications across Android and iOS platforms.Validate customer booking journeys including search, booking, payment, ticketing, and post-booking services.Execute functional, integration, regression, and production validation testing.Test digital customer experiences across mobile and web channels.Validate ancillary services such as baggage, seat selection, upgrades, and special service requests.Support production monitoring and post-release validation activities.Identify, log, track, and retest defects through closure.Collaborate with business, product, and development teams to ensure high-quality releases. Mandatory Skills Strong hands-on experience in Mobile Application Testing.Experience testing customer-facing applications in Agile environments.Good understanding of mobile testing methodologies, usability, compatibility, and production validation.Exposure to airline, travel, reservation, booking, hospitality, or Passenger Service System (PSS) applications.Understanding of at least some of the following:Flight SearchBooking FlowReservationsTicketingPaymentsPassenger ServicingAncillary ServicesStrong analytical and defect management skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Preferred Skills Experience with airline digital channels and booking platforms.Knowledge of Passenger Service Systems (PSS).Experience in Production Monitoring or Production Validation.Exposure to test environments such as LambdaTest or similar mobile testing platforms.Automation testing exposure is an added advantage but not mandatory. Ideal Candidate Strong mobile tester first, domain tester second.Candidates with 1+ year of relevant Airline/Travel/Booking/PSS experience are welcome.Ability to support critical business releases and customer-facing production systems.Comfortable working in a fast-paced digital environment. .
