Head of Product Quality and Automation

We are looking for a QA leader who will own end-to-end product quality at Muvi. You will lead a team of 30+ QA engineers (manual + automation) and build a strong quality culture across the company. Responsibilities Own quality across all Muvi products (Web, Mobile, APIs, platform)Lead and grow a team of 30+ QA engineersDefine and execute the overall QA and automation strategyExplore use of AI in testing (test generation, visual testing, etc.)Drive automation across UI, API, and mobile (Android & iOS)Integrate testing deeply into CI/CD pipelines for faster and safer releasesWork closely with engineering and product teams to ensure high-quality releasesReduce production issues and improve release confidenceBuild and maintain scalable automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Appium, etc.)Define test coverage, regression strategy, and release readiness criteriaIntroduce modern practices like shift-left testing and continuous testing Requirements:10+ years in QA, including 5+ years in automation3+ years managing QA teams at scaleExperience with performance testingExposure to AI-driven testing toolsStrong experience in building automation frameworks for web and mobile appsGood understanding of APIs, microservices, and backend systemsHands-on experience with modern automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, Appium, etc.)Strong programming skills (Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar)Experience integrating QA into CI/CD pipelinesStrong understanding of test strategy, test coverage, and release processesAbility to think beyond testing and own product qualityGood communication and leadership skills Benefits we offer - You will be working with a Product (B2B SaaS) CompanyOpen and Flat Culture.ESOP - Employee Stock Option. 10% of the entire company is reserved for employees.GratuityFamily Health InsuranceNo approval is needed for less than 2 days' leave.Forever remote optionFlexible work timings .
