Rockwell Automation is looking for a Lead AI Engineer to drive AI-led innovation and automation across our Quality Engineering organization. This role will focus on integrating AI Agents, RAG, MCP Servers, and contemporary automation technologies into testing practices while mentoring Quality Engineers and enhancing enterprise testing platforms. Key Requirements: 10+ years of experience in Test Automation, Quality Engineering, or Software Development Strong C#/.NET development background or relevant Java experience Proven experience applying AI solutions within QA and Testing Hands-on knowledge of Agentic AI, AI Agents, RAG, and MCP Servers Experience with CI/CD, automation frameworks, and build automation Strong understanding of OOP, algorithms, and data structures Experience with Selenium, Playwright, Jenkins, Docker, Terraform, and DevOps practices is preferred Key Responsibilities: Lead AI innovation and process improvements across Quality Engineering Drive AI adoption in testing to improve efficiency and quality outcomes Mentor and upskill teams on AI-powered testing approaches Contribute hands-on through scripting, automation framework development, and code reviews Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality customer-facing solutions .
