Job Summary We are looking for a Team Lead Operations (Night Shift) to manage a team of Operations Associates during the night shift. The role involves planning daily work, assigning tasks, monitoring productivity, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for managing people, resolving operational issues, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring daily targets are completed on time. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise the night shift operations team. Allocate daily tasks and monitor work completion. Track attendance, productivity, and overall team performance. Guide, coach, and support team members to improve performance. Coordinate with Project Managers, Operations Managers, and other departments for smooth workflow. Ensure daily targets are completed within timelines and quality standards. Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns when required. Ensure all company SOPs, processes, and quality guidelines are followed. Conduct regular quality checks and provide feedback to the team.
