Job Summary: This role is responsible for leading a team of analyst-level professionals and overseeing the day-to-day execution of data management, data governance, and data operations activities. The Data Operations - Team Lead will partner closely with the manager and cross-functional stakeholders to improve data quality, strengthen governance practices, streamline operational processes, and enable reliable reporting and business decision-making. This position requires a solid blend of people leadership, operational discipline, and hands-on technical capability, including experience with Databricks, Salesforce, and SQL.
