Qualifications o Fresh graduates are welcome o Ideal for candidates looking to start their career in accounting. Candidates with upto 1 year of any experience preferred o Salary Range: 20,000 per month + Incentive (CTC 2,80,000) Job Description o Record day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software (QuickBooks Desktop/ Online) o Manage accounts payable: invoice entry, vendor reconciliations, and payment processing. o Maintain accounts receivable: invoice creation, customer payments tracking, and follow-ups. o Perform bank and credit card reconciliations for Canadian bank accounts. Location: In Office 605-606, Shiromani Complex, Opp Ocean Park, Nehrunagar, Ahmedabad-380015 Working Days and Job Timing: o Working Days: Monday to Saturday o Job Timing: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM Other Policies Probation & Salary Structure o Probation Period: 3 months o During probation, 15% of monthly salary will be withheld as a security deposit o The withheld amount will be released along with the fourth month's salary o No other deductions will be made from monthly salary Incentive Program o Rewarding performance beyond fixed Compensation: o Monthly Incentive: Up to 2,000 o Quarterly Incentive: Up to 2,500 o Annual Incentive: Up to 5,000 o Diwali cum Stability Bonus: Minimum 50% of monthly salary, up to 100% based on performance Leave Policy o 12 Paid Leaves annually o 1012 Indian Holidays observed o Total leave days: Approximately 2224 per year .
