Job Description International Voice Process Position: International Voice Process Executive Experience: 6 Months+ in International Voice Process Job Type: Full-Time Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred Key Responsibilities Handle inbound/outbound calls with international customers.Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.Maintain a professional and courteous communication style.Ensure high-quality customer service and meet defined performance targets.Accurately update customer information and call details.Requirements Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process.UK Accent and excellent English pronunciation are mandatory.Graduate in any discipline.Fluent verbal communication skills with good English proficiency.Comfortable working in UK shifts.Must be an Immediate Joiner.Should have a personal laptop with stable Wi-Fi/internet connectivity.Must have a quiet, professional, and suitable work-from-home workspace.Candidates should be comfortable working with performance-based targets and customer service KPIs.Compensation: 20,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident FundWork Location: Remote .
