You will be the first line of support for lawfirm clients across the United States and Asia, handling inbound tickets, livechat inquiries, and escalations with poise, precision, and a neutral English accent. Key Responsibilities Ticket & Chat Management: Respond to inbound Zendesk tickets and livechat messages from lawfirm users during designated offhours (U.S. East/West Coast and Asian time zones). Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve basic platform issues, such as documentupload errors, accountaccess problems, and userinterface confusion. KnowledgeBase Utilization: Reference arenaflexs comprehensive 100page internal guidebook to deliver accurate, consistent, and legallysavvy support. Escalation Management: Identify complex cases, route them to the appropriate internal teams, and follow through until a satisfactory resolution is achieved. Process Design: Create, refine, and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for ticket handling, escalation pathways, and resolution standards.
