Senior Manager-Credit Control

Job location- Malad (West) Working Days- Monday to Saturday Credit Controller responsibilities and duties: To ensure Credit Control team is aligned with entire groups Financial healthTo review and implement debt collection policies and regulations at Global level.To ensure deadlines for invoicing and payment collection are met as per the TATTo handle the complete cycle of Credit Control which includes capturing sales order invoice in Zoho, processing cash application, debt collection, customer reconciliation, credit note issuance and negotiationsTo Ensure payment postings are executed as per set KPITo provide credit ratings to global customers account based on past payment statisticsTo review and maintain all the agreements, contracts or deeds with the concerned partiesTo streamline timely invoicing, collection of payments, and account reconciliationTo monitor processing of invoices to ensure no revenue leakageTo conduct regular review on billings to client and overdue receivableTo negotiate with clients in non-payment casesTo work in tandem with the Legal team incase of Defaulting clientsTo identify and actively lead automation of processes to improve effectiveness and efficacy of the teamTo be well informed about the current and proposed legislation, enforcing accounting regulations, and recommending new proceduresTo prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports Education and Experience Excellent Team managementShould have managed a team of 40-50 pplAt least a Bachelors Degree / PG in Accounting, Finance, Business, Familiarity with data entry and analysisThe ability to listen to customers and negotiate winning solutions Should have handled client base of more than 2000Experience into automation process.
