Job Summary: Responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, maintaining accurate inventory records, handling material inward and outward movements, and ensuring timely availability of materials. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily store and inventory activities Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials Issue materials to departments as per requirements Maintain stock records in ERP/SAP and MS Excel Prepare GRN, material issue slips, challans, and other store documentation Conduct physical stock verification and inventory reconciliation Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels Ensure proper storage, labeling, and housekeeping of materials Follow FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Quality, and Logistics teams Report shortages, damages, excess stock, and discrepancies to management Skills Required: Knowledge of store and inventory management Basic knowledge of SAP/ERP and MS Excel Good documentation and record-keeping skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and coordination skills Knowledge of material handling and warehouse safety Qualification & Experience: Graduate / Diploma in any discipline 15 years of experience in Store, Warehouse, Inventory, or Materials Management Freshers with relevant qualifications may also be considered Preferred Experience: Experience in manufacturing, engineering, automotive, electronics, FMCG, or consumer durable industries Knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, GRN, and material management Compensation: 35,000.00 - 45,000.00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location: In person .
