DevOps / SRE & Quality Engineering Engineer Experience: 5+ Years Location: Delhi Employment Type: Full-Time About ZettaMine Labs ZettaMine Labs is building DigiCatalog, a next-generation digital product catalog and product identity platform designed to support national-scale marketplaces, AI-powered product onboarding, verifiable credentials, and regulatory compliance frameworks. We are looking for a highly motivated DevOps, SRE, and Quality Engineering professional to ensure platform reliability, security, scalability, and AI system quality. About the Role As a DevOps / SRE & Quality Engineering Engineer, you will own the reliability, security, observability, and quality engineering functions across DigiCatalog's infrastructure, microservices, and AI/ML pipelines. You will be responsible for cloud-agnostic infrastructure automation, Kubernetes operations, CI/CD pipelines, platform security, AI validation frameworks, and large-scale performance testing. The ideal candidate combines expertise in Site Reliability Engineering with automation, testing, and modern cloud-native practices. Key Responsibilities Infrastructure & Platform Engineering Design, implement, and manage cloud-agnostic infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices. Build and operate highly available Kubernetes environments for application and AI workloads. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for microservices, APIs, and machine learning pipelines. Automate deployment, rollback, and release management processes. Support platform scalability and resilience for national-scale marketplace operations. Observability & Reliability Implement comprehensive observability using OpenTelemetry, metrics, tracing, logging, and alerting frameworks. Build dashboards and proactive monitoring solutions to improve operational visibility. Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and reliability improvements. Define and track SLOs, SLIs, and platform availability metrics. Security & Compliance Manage PKI infrastructure and secrets management for digital identity and verifiable credential ecosystems. Implement Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) generation and supply-chain security controls. Conduct vulnerability assessment, dependency tracking, and remediation. Support compliance validation for FSSAI BIS Legal Metrology Product Certification Standards Quality Engineering & AI Validation Build automated regression testing frameworks for product catalog correctness and data integrity. Develop golden-set evaluation harnesses to measure AI extraction quality and model performance. Implement automated API, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies. Design and execute performance, load, stress, and chaos testing at marketplace scale. Create compliance validation test suites for regulated product attributes and certification data. Collaborate with engineering and AI teams to improve data quality and model reliability. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in: Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) DevOps Engineering Infrastructure Engineering Strong hands-on experience with: Terraform Kubernetes Docker Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Experience with modern CI/CD platforms such as: GitHub Actions GitLab CI Jenkins Experience implementing observability solutions using: OpenTelemetry Prometheus Grafana ELK/OpenSearch Strong understanding of cloud security, PKI, secrets management, and software supply-chain security. Proficiency in Python and/or Bash scripting. Preferred Qualifications Experience in QA for AI/ML systems, model evaluation, or data quality engineering. Hands-on experience with AI model validation and golden dataset testing. Experience with chaos engineering and large-scale performance testing. Knowledge of SBOM frameworks and software supply-chain security practices. Familiarity with Verifiable Credentials (VC) and Decentralized Identity (DID) ecosystems. Experience supporting cloud-agnostic or hybrid-cloud architectures.
