We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Intel computer-based intelligence and Mechanization group, driving a transformation in the way we approach intelligence. Our Trust and Safety team is a diverse group of misuse battling and client trust specialists working together to reduce risk and combat abuse across our products, safeguarding our users, advertisers, and publishers across the globe in over 40 languages. Job Summary We're looking for a talented Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Trust and Safety Intelligence team. As a key member of our Intel computer-based intelligence and Mechanization group, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and combat misuse and abuse cases at Google speed with urgency. You'll be responsible for driving business outcomes through data-driven insights, collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement data-driven solutions, and working with sensitive content or circumstances. Key Responsibilities * Influence SQL to build robust and flexible data pipelines and workflows that automate data collection, enhancement, and delivery, boosting the team's impact * Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, effectively translating complex Trust and Safety Intelligence needs into clear, actionable requirements for data solutions * Establish standardized processes and methodologies for data analysis that can be applied across different domains, ensuring consistency and efficiency in generating actionable insights * Transform raw data into compelling visualizations and reports that clearly communicate key findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders across the organization * Work with sensitive content or circumstances and may be exposed to realistic, contentious, or disturbing themes or content Essential Qualifications * Four-year college education or equivalent practical experience * 1 year of experience with data analysis, data science, insights, or related fields * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner * Experience with SQL, data visualization tools, and data manipulation techniques * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications * Graduate degree in a relevant field * Experience with data science tools, machine learning algorithms, and statistical modeling * Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI * Experience with programming languages, such as Python or R * Experience in Trust and Safety, Intel, or strategy Skills and Competencies * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams * Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI * Familiarity with data science tools, machine learning algorithms, and statistical modeling * Strong SQL skills, with the ability to build robust and flexible data pipelines and workflows * Experience with data manipulation techniques, such as data cleaning and data transformation Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
