Role: Adobe Application Support Engineer Responsibilities: Provide L1/L2 support for Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Stock, Adobe Teams Portal, Getty Images, Iconik, and Frame.io. Monitor application availability and resolve user issues. Manage user access, licensing, and account administration. Handle incident, service request, and problem management activities. Participate in KT and transition activities from vendors and customer teams. Create and maintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles. Coordinate with Adobe support teams and vendors for issue resolution. Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues. Support production releases, configuration changes, and maintenance activities. Meet SLA and customer support requirements. Required Skills: Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud administration and licensing. Understanding of Adobe Stock asset management. Knowledge of digital asset management platforms such as Iconik and Frame.io. Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.). Strong troubleshooting and customer communication skills. Experience in Application Maintenance & Support (AMS) engagements. Preferred Skills: Digital Asset Management (DAM) experience. Media/content workflow knowledge. ITIL Foundation certification. Experience working in a transition/KT environment.
