Roles and responsibilities: Responsible for the following o Project Coordination To lead and manage the team in all project coordination activities for varioussolar projects that are underway. Ensure regular coordination with external and internal stakeholders forexpediting approval, as and when required. Coordinate with various State Heads and be upto-date with the project status. To track & maintain dashboards to track TAT & performance in areas such as sitesurvey completions, DPR Approvals etc. o Customer Support To ensure that all post-sales inbound and outbound communication are plannedand executed as per the pre-set intervals in the overall project timeline. o O&M and QC To manage the team to ensure all quality assessments and maintenance activitiesat the sites for both rooftop & ground-mounted plants are done on a regular basisand within the targeted timelines. Ensure disposal of all tickets and proper reporting of all relevant metrics to highermanagement Team Managemento Lead the various teams in sync with their respective KRAs / strategy of the company. o Task Allocation & monitoring on regular basis. o Provide support & training to team-members where required. Regular reporting against all individual projects. RequirementsMandatory Requirements Bachelors degree in any discipline Minimum 5 years of experience with a stint in a project management and/or customer supportrole. Strong English verbal & written communication skills To have knowledge of Project Management platforms like Zoho Projects, etc. Proficient in MS Office (especially excel & word) Additional Requirements Willingness to learn and should be result driven. Ability to think critically, organize work assignments according to their priority Collaborating with various stakeholders, internal and external Passion for delivering high quality results and takes complete accountability of assignments. .
