Company: Suryabala VinFast Location: Erode, Tamil Nadu Job Type: Full-time We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Exchange Evaluator to evaluate used vehicles and support the sales team in exchange and new VinFast EV car sales. Key Responsibilities Inspect customer vehicles offered for exchange. Evaluate vehicle condition, model, age, mileage and service history. Check exterior, interior, engine/mechanical condition and accident history. Estimate the appropriate exchange value based on market conditions. Coordinate with the sales team for exchange quotations. Maintain accurate vehicle evaluation records and photographs. Interact with customers and explain the exchange valuation. Track used-car market prices and competitor valuations. Support the sales team in converting exchange enquiries into bookings. Coordinate with the used-car/evaluation team for final valuation and purchase process. Requirements 13 years of experience in used-car evaluation, automobile sales or vehicle inspection preferred. Good knowledge of used-car valuation and vehicle condition assessment. Basic technical knowledge of automobiles. Good communication and negotiation skills. Customer-handling ability. Valid driving licence preferred. Salary: Based on experience and skills + Incentives.
