As part of our fast-growing technology team, you ll have the opportunity to lead ground breaking AI/ML projects and drive the next wave of intelligent automation. 4 to 6 Years Posted 1 year ago Role Overview We are looking for a skilled and forward-thinking AI/ML Engineer Team Lead who can take ownership of our AI initiatives, guide a talented team, and deliver high-impact machine learning solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists. Design and deploy production-grade machine learning models across domains. Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into ML solutions. Performance, data pipelines, and scalability. Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and frameworks to continuously enhance our AI capabilities. Drive experimentation, innovation, and implementation of AI best practices. What We re Looking For Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field. 4 to 6 years of experience in machine learning and AI application development. Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc. Strong understanding of supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, and computer vision. Experience with model deployment using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Team leadership experience with excellent communication and mentoring skills. Familiarity with MLOps, version control, and DevOps tools is a plus. Good to Have Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Exposure to big data tools like Spark or Hadoop.
