Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Implement and configure Oracle CX Order Management Cloud solutions to meet business requirements. Work on Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including order capture, orchestration, fulfillment, and invoicing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain) to ensure seamless integration. Perform requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design. Develop and maintain functional documentation, test scripts, and training materials. Support data migration, UAT, and production deployment. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to order management workflows. Required Skills: Robust expertise in Oracle CX Order Management Cloud modules. Hands-on experience with Order Orchestration, Pricing, and Integration with ERP. Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs for Oracle CX integrations. Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Applications and related modules (Inventory, Shipping, Billing). Ability to work on complex configurations and customizations. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills : Experience with Oracle CPQ, OIC Understanding of OM extensions using Visual Builder Studio (VBS). .
