Operations Manager

The Shift Manager will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations and maintenance of critical infrastructure within the AdaniConneX Data Center. The role focuses on maintaining high availability, reliability, and efficiency of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems while ensuring SLA adherence and customer satisfaction. Location: Shad Nagar, Hyderabad Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related field6 - 10 years of experience in Data Center / Critical Infrastructure OperationsStrong expertise in electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems Key Responsibilities: Operations & Maintenance:Manage end-to-end operations of electrical systems including UPS, switchgear, and power distribution units (PDUs)Oversee mechanical systems such as chillers, pumps, and HVAC to ensure optimal performance and efficiencyEnsure uptime and proper functioning of DG sets, fuel systems, and firefighting systemsCompliance & Governance:Ensure adherence to ISO standards, safety norms, and SLA commitmentsMaintain documentation, audits, and compliance reportingShift Management:Lead and supervise shift teams, ensuring smooth handovers and operational continuityMonitor control room activities and respond to incidents proactivelyIncident & Performance Management:Handle incident reporting, RCA, and resolution within defined timelinesDrive initiatives to improve uptime and reduce downtimeVendor & Stakeholder Management:Manage vendors for maintenance, contracts, and service deliveryBuild strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholdersBilling & Cost Management:Oversee site billing and cost tracking, ensuring accuracy and timely submissionSupport budgeting and capacity planning activitiesContinuous Improvement:Identify and implement process improvements and efficiency enhancement initiatives Technical Competencies:Operations & Infrastructure ManagementIncident & Crisis ManagementCapacity PlanningCompliance & Policy ManagementData Analysis & ReportingBudget ManagementVendor & Client Management Prospects with relevant Data Center experience Can connect at 9898791075 or mail at joy.saha@adani.com .
