Role & responsibilities - Conduct in-house training programs on Manufacturing Operating System (MOS) and Lean Manufacturing practices for production and support teams. - Implement and sustain MOS practices and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations. - Drive the implementation of Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Visual Management, Standard Work, and Problem-Solving techniques. - Generate reports, graphs, dashboards, and visual displays to track Lean implementation progress and support management decision-making. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization. Preferred candidate profile - Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Manufacturing, or related Engineering. - 3+ years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, MOS, Continuous Improvement, Industrial Engineering, or Operational Excellence. - Robust knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools including 5S, Kaizen, PDCA, Root Cause Analysis, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Standard Work, and Visual Management. - Experience in conducting training sessions and facilitating process improvement initiatives. .
