Key Responsibilities - End-to-end recruitment for internal hiring. - Hiring Recruiters, Team Leads, and Managers. - Sourcing and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline. - Scheduling and coordinating interviews. - Candidate follow-ups and stakeholder coordination. - Managing the recruitment process until onboarding. Required Skills - Solid communication and coordination skills. - Experience in candidate sourcing and pipeline management. - Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
