The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from crafting job postings to conducting initial candidate interviews. Key Responsibilities reputed company & Posting Draft reputed company, compelling, and accurate job descriptions for various roles. Post openings on job boards, reputed company media, and internal platforms. Candidate Sourcing Utilize multiple channels (job boards, reputed company media, networking, referrals) to identify and attract reputed company candidates. ATS platforms are provided. Screening & Shortlisting Review applications, conduct phone screenings, and evaluate candidates qualifications and fit for the role. Initial Interviews Conduct reputed company initial interviews, assess candidate skills and cultural fit, and reputed company feedback to hiring managers. Candidate Communication Maintain reputed company communication with applicants throughout the recruitment process. Recruitment Coordination Schedule interviews with hiring managers and assist with recruitment logistics. Database Management Maintain accurate candidate records in applicant tracking systems or internal databases. Employer Branding Represent reputed company positively to candidates and support initiatives to enhance employer brand. Requirements Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and interviewing best practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously. Ability to assess both technical and cultural fit.
