We are looking for an NDR & Logistics Coordination Executive to handle customer and courier coordination. Responsibilities: Call customers for NDR and failed delivery cases.Coordinate with courier partners for re-attempts and pending deliveries.Follow up on NDR and RTO cases.Resolve basic delivery-related customer queries.Maintain daily NDR records and updates.Requirements: Good communication skills in Hindi & English.Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.Good follow-up and coordination skills.Experience in NDR/logistics/courier is preferredPay: 15,000.00 - 20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
