Job Description: Prepare and review full sets of accounts, including: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Receivable (AR) Accounts Payable (AP) Bank Reconciliations Accruals, prepayments, and fixed assets Maintain accurate and complete accounting records with proper supporting documentation. Record and review business transactions, including: Revenue and expense recognition Inventory accounting (if applicable) Cash flow movements Capital structure and finance-related entries Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS). Ensure timely and accurate GST-related reporting support and compliance coordination. Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and preparation of management reports. Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and financial institutions as required. Support internal controls, process improvements, and accounting standardization across entities. Provide guidance and oversight to junior accounting staff and assist in training where required. Perform ad-hoc financial and reporting tasks assigned by management. Requirements Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline. ACCA / CPA (or equivalent qualification) preferred. Minimum 58 years of relevant accounting experience. Strong experience handling and reviewing full sets of accounts independently. Familiarity with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) preferred. Good understanding of GST and corporate tax concepts. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems such as Xero, QuickBooks, or similar platforms. Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Able to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities. Good communication skills in English (Chinese language ability is an added advantage for coordination with regional stakeholders). .
