Accounting & Reporting Manager | 2-7 years Experience

Job Title: Accounting Position | (Junior & Senior) Qualifications: CA / CA-Inter (IPCC) / MBA Finance (Tier 2 or Tier 3 institutes) Experience: Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience Middle East experience is preferred Job Overview We are looking for a stable, detail-oriented Accounting Manager with strong accounting fundamentals and hands-on experience in managing end-to-end accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have exposure to financial reporting, compliance, and process controls, preferably in a Middle East environment Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end accounting operations including AP, AR, General Ledger, and bank reconciliations Handle month-end and year-end closing activities Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, or relevant Middle East regulatory requirements Coordinate with internal teams and statutory/internal auditors Strengthen accounting controls, processes, and documentation Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of financial records RequirementsCA / IPCC / MBA Finance (Tier 2/3 institutes) Minimum 2+ years of core accounting experience Strong fundamentals in accounting and financial reporting Exposure to Middle East accounting/compliance (preferred) Proficiency in ERP systems, Tally, and MS Excel Stable career track record with hands-on ownership BenefitsDay Shift from 8 AM to 5:30 PM Indiranagar, Bangalore Work with a US-Based Firm .
