We are expanding internationally and are looking for an experienced Export Business Development Executive who can identify international buyers, build long-term business relationships, and help establish Silk Village Handloom as a globally recognized brand. If you are passionate about exports, international trade, and traditional textiles, we'd love to hear from you. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and acquire international buyers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and importers.Develop new export opportunities across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, and other global markets.Build and maintain long-term relationships with international customers.Handle complete export documentation and transaction processes.Coordinate with logistics, freight forwarders, customs agents, and shipping partners.Conduct international market research and competitor analysis.Represent the company during international trade fairs, exhibitions, and virtual buyer meetings.Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close export orders.Work closely with production teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.Develop strategies to increase export revenue and expand the company's global presence.Required Qualifications35 years of mandatory experience in export business or international trade.Proven ability to find and convert international buyers.Strong knowledge of export documentation, shipping, Incoterms, customs, and international trade regulations.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Basic knowledge of handloom, weaving, textiles, or home furnishing products.Ability to work independently and achieve international sales targets.Preferred SkillsExisting network of overseas buyers is highly preferred.Experience in B2B export sales.Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Alibaba, IndiaMART, TradeKey, Global Sources, or similar B2B platforms.Strong presentation and business development skills.Willingness to travel internationally when required.Why Join Silk Village Handloom Be part of a company taking Indian handloom craftsmanship to the world.Opportunity to build an international business from the ground up.Attractive performance-based incentives with significant earning potential.Career growth in global business development.Work directly with leadership and contribute to international expansion.
