Looking for Qualified CA (Senior Finance Manager) with knowledge of both Direct and Indirect Taxation from Retail or FMCG industry - Gurugram Prior experience managing statutory compliance, audits, and MIS reporting in a corporate setup will be strongly preferred The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for driving financial control, compliance, and reporting, while acting as a key business partner to leadership. The role requires strong technical accounting knowledge, sharp analytical skills, and the ability to manage a team while working closely with senior management, auditors, and external stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: Financial Closing: Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness MIS & Reporting: Prepare and analyze MIS reports, budgets, and variance analysis for management review Statutory Compliance: Manage statutory compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory filings Audit Management: Oversee internal controls and coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits, ensuring timely resolution of audit observations Treasury & Cash Flow: Drive cash flow management, working capital optimization, and treasury operations Business Partnering: Support business teams with financial insights for pricing, cost control, and profitability improvement Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities Books of Accounts : Ensure accurate books of accounts in line with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS) Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance and accounts executives Fundraising & Banking: Support fundraising, banking relationships, and credit facility management as required Systems & Process Improvement: Assist in implementing and improving ERP/financial systems and processes Governance & Risk: Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and risk management frameworks Required Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of Ind AS, direct and indirect taxation, and statutory compliance requirements. Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally or similar) and advanced Excel skills. Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage a team and work under tight deadlines in a fast- paced environment. High degree of integrity, ownership, and attention to detail. Qualifications & Experience: Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory. 3 to 6 years of post-qualification experience in finance and accounts, preferably in retail or FMCG. Prior experience managing statutory compliance, audits, and MIS reporting in a corporate setup will be strongly preferred. Working days: 6 days a week (however 2nd and 4th Saturday are off) Working hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Flexible 9 hours working day shifts) Salary Budget: 15.00 to 20.00 LPA Interested Candidates share CV at resume 8104986814 sakshi.oasis@gmail.com .
