Insurance Claims Handler

Job Responsibility :- Handle end-to-end insurance claim process for employees, company assets, vehicles, plant & machinery, etc.Coordinate with insurance companies, TPAs, hospitals, surveyors and employees.Collect and verify all required claim documents and supporting records.Register claims and ensure timely submission and follow-up.Track claim status and coordinate for approval and settlement.Verify claim eligibility, policy coverage, exclusions and required documents.Handle employee medical/accident insurance claims and provide necessary assistance.Coordinate with management and concerned departments for claim-related information.Maintain claim records, MIS, settlement details and pending claims.Resolve claim-related queries and discrepancies with insurers/TPAs.Follow up on rejected, pending and disputed claims.Ensure compliance with insurance policy terms and company procedures.Skill & Requirement :- Education :- Bachelor , any degreeExperience :- 3 to 5 yearSalary :- 25k to 35k CTC Per MonthContact Person :- HR Sitesh VermaContact No. :- 7880002320 hram@bsstmx.comPay: 25,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident FundWork Location: In person .
