Accounts Executive-Night shift

Job Title: Accounts Executive (US Shift - Night) Location: Lucknow Shift: US Shift (Night Shift) Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our finance team in Lucknow for the US Night Shift. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, hands-on experience in bookkeeping, reconciliation, and financial reporting, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable Perform bank and credit card reconciliations Process invoices and ensure timely payments Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities Prepare financial reports, summaries, and statements as required Coordinate with US clients or internal stakeholders via email/phone Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures Support audits and provide necessary data when required Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or Finance 1-4 years of experience in accounting or finance Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles Experience with accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar) Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) Good written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to work in US night shift (mandatory) Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team .
