Job Description Must have QuickBooks Application Knowledge Preparation of bank reconciliation statement Passing of accounting entries in QuickBooks (Receipts and Payments Voucher) Maintenance of Books of Accounts (Files and Ledgers) Maintenance of Books of Shops and Establishment Act, etc. Bank payment and receipt entries Verification and processing of vendor invoices Handling cash and bank transactions, Assisting in bank related work Working knowledge of income tax (TDS), GST, Skilled tax Coordinating of audit work Preparing debit and credit notes Maintaining petty cash book Processing of journal vouchers Knowledge of accounts receivable and payable bills Vendor account reconciliations Assist payroll administration Maintain confidentiality of all accounting and financial records Preparing invoices for clients, sending reminders for outstanding payments Preparing various account reports on a monthly basis Additional Information Perks and Advantages 5 days working culture fixed off on Saturday & Sunday .
