About the internship: Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Conduct industry, competitor, market, functional, and AI transformation research for live consulting projects. 2. Study business functions such as finance, sales, marketing, HR, production, procurement, and operations to identify workflows, pain points, KPIs, and improvement opportunities. 3. Support department interviews, process walkthroughs, meeting documentation, requirement gathering, and current-state business analysis. 4. Prepare process maps, benchmarking reports, case-study summaries, research notes, and department-wise opportunity assessments. 5. Identify and document practical AI, analytics, automation, and management-dashboard use cases based on business requirements. 6. Assist in preparing use-case prioritization matrices, executive presentations, consulting reports, implementation roadmaps, and client-ready recommendations. 7. Use tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace to improve research quality and productivity. 8. Coordinate with finance, marketing, data analytics, content, and UI/UX team members to ensure research findings are converted into actionable project deliverables.
