(NBFC) Job Type: Full-Time | Target & Incentive Based Timing: 9:30 AM 7:00 PM Experience: 25 Years in NBFC/Microfinance/Banking Collection Responsibilities: - Manage collection & recovery operations. - Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets. - Handle Bucket 1, 2 & 3 overdue cases. - Monitor and guide collection team. - Customer follow-up through calls and field visits. - Maintain MIS and daily collection reports. - Improve recovery and reduce overdue portfolio.
