Hiring for Assistant Manager Current Product Launch (NPL) Supply Chain Department: Supply Chain Management (SCM) Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 510 Years Industry: Pharmaceuticals Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and proactive Supply Chain skilled to manage end-to-end Current Product Launch (NPL) activities for global pharmaceutical markets. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring launch readiness, driving demand and supply planning, and facilitating seamless commercialization of new products from regulatory approval through market launch. Key Responsibilities Launch Pipeline Management: Monitor and maintain the \"Expected Approval List\" to prioritize upcoming launches. Demand Forecasting: Consolidate and validate country-wise quantity forecasts to ensure supply alignment with market potential. Resource Planning: Project API & FDF requirements based on forecasts to prevent raw material bottlenecks. Project Lifecycle Tracking: Manage the journey of a product from \"Non-commercialized\" status to active market presence. Supply Chain Fulfillment: Oversee the transition from Purchase Order (PO) to Sales Order (SO) and ensure timely invoicing. Artwork & Packaging: Direct the tracking of artwork development and approvals, ensuring 100% accuracy for diverse regulatory landscapes. Manufacturing & Plant Coordination Production Readiness: Ensure end-to-end readiness at the plant level for both API and FDF stages. Plant Liaison: Coordinate directly with manufacturing teams to schedule batches and troubleshoot production hurdles. Cross-Functional Coordination Stakeholder Interface: Act as the point of contact for Country Managers, Regulatory Affairs, and Corporate Procurement. Feasibility Analysis: Evaluate project timelines and provide data-driven feedback to various divisions regarding the logistical feasibility of launch dates. Required Experience:5 to 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, specifically within the pharmaceutical industry.Experience in New Product Launches (NPL) within a global or emerging markets context is preferred.Academic: M.Pharma, MBA, or Masters in Life Sciences. A foundational background in Life Sciences is preferred.Certification: PMP (Project Management Qualified) certification is highly preferred and considered a significant advantage. .
