Role & responsibilities Manage complete Finance & Accounts operations of the company. Handle Tally Prime, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation and accounts finalization. Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements. Monitor receivables, payables and cash flow. Coordinate with CA, auditors and banks. Monitor customer outstanding, vendor payments and daily cash flow. Ensure statutory compliance and timely filing of GST, TDS and other returns. Maintain inventory accounting and costing for manufacturing operations. Support management with financial planning, budgeting and business reports. Preferred candidate profile B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance). 5-10 years of experience in Manufacturing / Packaging / PET / Plastic industry. Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, TDS, MIS and Costing.
