We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive (Fresher) to join our finance team. If youre eager to start your career in accounting and finance, we welcome you! Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing day-to-day financial transactions, bookkeeping, and accounting entries. Handle invoice generation, payment processing, and bank reconciliations. Support in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable. Assist with GST, TDS, and tax-related calculations and filings. Prepare and maintain financial reports and statements. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations. Maintain documentation, compliance records, and audit support. Qualifications & Skills: Hard Skills: Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Basic knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations. Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software (Zoho Books or QuickBooks is a plus). Understanding of GST, TDS, and compliance requirements is an advantage. Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic work environment. Preferred Experience: Freshers are welcome! Internship or training experience in accounting/finance is a plus.
