Experience: 7+ Years Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid) Preferred: immediate Joiners only What youll be doing Innovate: Design and deploy enterprise-scale GenAI, RAG pipelines, and agentic AI workflows.Architect: Develop, fine-tune, and optimize deep learning and transformer-based models.Scale: Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of AI initiatives, ensuring MLOps excellence from POC to production.Lead: Mentor engineers and contribute to our overarching AI/ML strategy and architecture. Must-Have Skills Experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science & AI/ML.Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and Azure/Databricks ecosystems.GenAI Expertise: Deep understanding of LLM application development, prompt engineering, and RAG.Agentic Workflows: Proven experience building AI agents using frameworks like LangGraph or LangChain.NLP & Deep Learning: Strong foundation in Transformer architectures and NLP techniques.Experience with Vision Transformers (ViT), CNNs, or Reinforcement Learning.Governance: A focus on enterprise AI security, compliance, and MLOps best practices.
