Accounts Assistant Manager

Roles & Responsibilities: Assistant Account Manager (Hotel Operations) Handle day-to-day accounting operations for the hotel unit. Maintain financial records, including invoices, bills, and transactions. Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently. Reconcile daily revenue, bookings, and payment reports. Coordinate with the front office and reservations team for billing accuracy. Prepare MIS reports, P&L statements, and financial summaries. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements. Monitor expenses and support cost control initiatives. Assist in audits and maintain proper documentation Work closely with management for budgeting and financial planning. Preferred Candidate Profile Senior Account Executive 2 to 5 years of experience in the hotel background (mandatory) Strong knowledge of hotel accounting, billing, and reconciliation Familiarity with GST, TDS, and basic taxation Proficiency in Hotelogix software, MS Excel, and accounting software (Tally or similar) Understanding of hotel PMS and revenue reports is an advantage.
