Accounting Executive Outsourcing Department

H U Thakrar & Co. is a Chartered Accountancy firm providing outsourced accounting, bookkeeping, taxation, and financial management services to clients across India and overseas. We are looking for a motivated Accounting Executive to join our growing outsourcing team. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain books of accounts for international clients.Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.Record day-to-day accounting transactions.Prepare financial reports and working papers.Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.Work on accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, and other cloud-based applications.Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of client deliverables.Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with accounting standards.RequirementsB.Com, M.Com, Inter CA, Semi-Qualified CA, or equivalent qualification.12 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or outsourcing services.Good understanding of accounting principles.Knowledge of QuickBooks, Xero or similar accounting software will be preferred.Proficiency in MS Excel.Good communication and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Willingness to learn international accounting practices.Preferred SkillsExperience handling overseas clients.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.Positive attitude and willingness to grow.What We OfferOpportunity to work with international clients.Hands-on exposure to US, UK, and other global accounting practices.Continuous learning and professional development.Supportive work environment with career growth opportunities.Performance-based incentives.Experience: 12 Years (Minimum) Department: Outsourcing / Accounting Services If you're passionate about accounting and want to build a career in international outsourcing, we'd love to hear from you.
