POSITION OBJECTIVE To manage international & domestics logistics, warehouse management, documentation & compliance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Import & Export Operations: Manage international logistics including customs clearance, freight forwarding, and regulatory compliance.Coordinate with global suppliers, freight partners, and clearing agents to ensure timely inbound and outbound shipments.Domestic Logistics: Oversee the movement of goods across various locations within India.Ensure efficient coordination with transporters, third-party logistics providers (3PLs), and internal teams.Warehouse Management: Supervise warehouse operations, including inventory management, space optimization, and safety compliance.Implement best practices to ensure timely receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.Documentation & Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate submission of shipping, customs, and compliance documents.Manage logistics-related documentation for audit, billing, and payment processes.Budget Management: Monitor and control logistics expenses within the approved budget.Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service levels.Performance Monitoring: Track key logistics KPIs (OTIF, transit time, freight cost per unit, etc.) and initiate corrective actions as needed.Maintain regular MIS and dashboards for visibility and reporting. .
