Qualifications BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) MBA Preferred Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare operations management. Experience managing multi-location healthcare, dental, hospital, or clinic operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across all Amend Dental Centre branches. Monitor branch performance, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Conduct regular branch visits and audits. Coordinate with Branch Managers, Doctors, and Department Heads Manage manpower planning, staff productivity, and performance monitoring. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards. Analyze operational reports and recommend improvements. Drive revenue growth and cost optimization initiatives. Lead training and development programs for operational teams. Skills Required Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Strategic planning and decision-making capabilities. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare management systems.
