Job Responsibility Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage the end-to-end hiring and onboarding process. Design, implement, and monitor employee performance management systems. Build and maintain a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work culture. Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially. Organize employee training, learning, and development programs. Manage compensation, benefits, and employee welfare initiatives. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices. Conduct employee engagement surveys and implement improvement initiatives. Maintain HR records and ensure accurate documentation. Support leadership with HR planning and organizational development. Continuously improve HR processes to align with business objectives. Educational Requirement MBA in Human Resources or an equivalent postgraduate qualification in HR Management. Experience Requirement Less than 5 years of Experience. Prior experience in a technology company or startup environment is preferred. Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations. Familiarity with HR software and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). Additional Requirement Female Candidate Preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Proficiency in HR management systems and Microsoft Office. Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Strategic thinking with excellent problem-solving abilities. Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability to a fast-paced startup environment. High ethical standards and professional integrity. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
