Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter with a consultancy background, offering a salary range of 8,000 to 10,000 and a 3-month probation period. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further interview rounds with hiring managers. Daily responsibilities include maintaining candidate pipelines, managing job postings, updating recruitment trackers, and ensuring timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders. The role also involves understanding client requirements, advising on market trends, and supporting the improvement of recruitment processes and tools. The Recruiter is expected to work independently, meet agreed timelines and targets, and uphold a professional and unbiased approach to hiring. Qualifications Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within a consultancy or agency environment, with strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote work setting.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear written and verbal communication with candidates and clients.Comfort with using recruitment platforms, job boards, social media, and basic applicant tracking systems to manage the hiring process.Understanding of general HR and recruitment best practices, including fair hiring, confidentiality, and data protection principles.Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrate attention to detail, and maintain professional judgment.Experience recruiting for service-oriented sectors such as travel, hospitality, or consumer products is an advantage. .
