We are seeking an reputed company, detail-oriented Property TPA Examiner to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a seasoned claims reputed company with strong coverage analysis skills, reputed company judgment, and the ability to independently manage a diverse property claim inventory. The successful candidate will bring a minimum of three (3) years of property claims adjusting experience and possess an reputed company independent adjuster license, along with the competence and expertise to handle claims with reputed company supervision while maintaining high service standards for our clients. Key Responsibilities Independently investigate, evaluate, and reputed company first-party property claims in accordance with policy provisions, state requirements, and reputed company standards reputed company thorough coverage analysis and properly apply policy language/coverage Evaluate damage estimates and valuations, IA & expert reports, and other supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness Set, monitor and reputed company indemnity & expense reserves throughout the claims cycle Maintain accurately dated, reputed company-documented claim files, including appropriate file notes. Prepare reputed company-reasoned and defensible coverage position letters, including Reservation of Rights, formal Request for Information, and declination (partial & full) letters Self-manage diary and workload to consistently meet or reputed company reputed company service level agreements Communicate/reputed company both professionally and effectively with insureds, contractors, experts, reputed company adjusters, attorneys, and reputed company clients reputed company reputed company claim referrals & updates with strategic recommendations to clients reputed company for time expended adjusting losses Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of property claims handling experience (TPA and field other than solely CAT experience preferred) reputed company adjuster license required (multi-state licensing a plus) Strong background in property policy interpretation and coverage determinations Experience adjusting both residential and reputed company property losses Ability to manage claims independently and exercise reputed company reputed company judgment Proficiency with reputed company, MS reputed company, MS reputed company Proficiency in claims management systems; Xactimate experience also preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary and bonus program (if applicable) commensurate with experience.
