HR Analytics (Noida)

Job Title: HR Analytics Location: Noida About the Role Paytm is looking for a data-driven HR Analytics Analyst to support People Analytics initiatives by transforming HR data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in VBA, Power BI, Python, SQL, HR analytics, and dashboarding, with an interest in leveraging AI to improve HR processes and decision-making. This role will work closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Business Leaders to build reports, automate analytics, and deliver meaningful workforce insights. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain HR dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools. Use Python and SQL to clean, analyze, and automate HR data reporting. Develop predictive analytics models to identify trends such as attrition risk, hiring demand, and workforce planning. Support AI-driven HR initiatives by leveraging Generative AI and automation tools to improve reporting and employee insights. Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and HR Operations teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions. Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across HR systems and reports. Prepare recurring and ad-hoc MIS reports for leadership reviews. Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and improve operational efficiency. Present analytical findings through clear visualizations and business-friendly insights. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field. 26 years of experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, Business Analytics, or Data Analytics. Solid hands-on experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data analysis and automation. Good knowledge of SQL for querying and managing datasets. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI visualization too .
