About the internship: Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Define research objectives and questions focused on the US market. 2. Develop research plans, surveys, questionnaires, and interview guides. 3. Identify and recruit relevant US-based research participants. 4. Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability research with US users. 5. Collect and organize quantitative and qualitative research data. 6. Analyze survey responses to identify meaningful trends, patterns, and user behaviors. 7. Segment research findings based on relevant user characteristics and behaviors. 8. Synthesize research findings into clear, actionable user and market insights. 9. Translate research findings into actionable UX and product recommendations. 10. Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and other team members. 11. Present key research findings, insights, and recommendations to the team. 12. Support ongoing research to better understand US customer needs, preferences, and expectations.
