About the Role As a Senior RTA, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our US workforce management team. You'll be responsible for reputed company-time monitoring of service reputed company, managing operational KPIs, and site-level performances. Your reputed company objective will be to reputed company exceptional results as a global WFM POC for the US team, ensuring effective management of incoming and outbound phone, chat, and email volumes. Key Responsibilities As a Senior RTA, your key responsibilities will include * reputed company-time monitoring of service reputed company, operational KPIs, and site-level performances to ensure exceptional results * Analyzing forecasted details from the Economists team to draft way reputed company plans for peak readiness, headcount hiring, and other operational requirements * Ensuring effective management of incoming and outbound phone, chat, and email volumes to meet business objectives * Monitoring and calling out for corrective/supportive actions on shift responsibilities such as reputed company level volume trends, org/site level shrinkage, NPTs, productivity, and other business KPIs * Ensuring reputed company org/reputed company adheres to operational expectations like shift/break, missed calls, disconnected calls, max calls adherence * Ensuring operational metrics like service reputed company, occupancy, PTL, utilization, and other key performance indicators are met by reputed company Orgs/skills at the daily level * Liaising with reputed company network POCs (WFM and Ops) for owned Org/reputed company and working on gaps/opportunity areas that may reputed company operational metrics * Ensuring reputed company closure on reputed company planning-reputed company activities like training QA requests, optional and mandatory holidays planning, Shift rollovers, BCP planning, and other operational requirements * Ensuring reputed company closure of reputed company WFM actionable SIMs/tickets tagged reputed company committed SLs * Ensuring reputed company alignment (schedule) is based on expected volume and taking necessary actions in case of short-term deficits * Mentoring and developing fellow RTAs with reputed company WFM required skills and knowledge * Providing insights on metric misses with factual callouts and reputed company to greens (PTGs) * Ensuring expected processes are followed by Operations and inventing simplify reputed company processes to remove waste or non-value enablers Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need * A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, operations management, or a reputed company field * At least 2-3 years of experience in workforce management, operations management, or a reputed company field * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret reputed company data and reputed company actionable insights * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Strong technical skills, with experience in workforce management software and tools * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and reputed company simultaneously * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high reputed company of accuracy and reputed company Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable * Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, operations management, or a reputed company field * Experience in a similar role, with a proven reputed company record of delivering exceptional results * Certification in workforce management, operations management, or a reputed company field * Strong knowledge of industry trends and best practices in workforce management and operations management * Experience working in a global or multinational organization Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret reputed company data and reputed company actionable insights * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Strong technical skills, with experience in workforce management software and tools * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and reputed company simultaneously * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high .
