The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities - Handle customer inquiries through calls, messages, and emails. Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.Follow up with existing customers regarding services and support.Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.Coordinate with internal departments for smooth customer service.Prepare daily reports and maintain proper records.Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
