Job reputed company The successful candidate will be responsible for reputed company-time monitoring of service reputed company, managing operational KPIs, and site-level performances, delivering as a global WFM POC for the US team. This role requires a high level of expertise in analyzing forecasted details, drafting way reputed company plans, and ensuring effective management of incoming and outbound phone, chat, and email volumes.
